Hans Rosenström is participating in an exhibition called Encounter: Listening to the City in Maraya Art Park in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The exhibition explores what sound can make to a space and how it affects the individual in a rapidly changing urban environment. The artists participating are interested in how to communicate without the necessity of language. They use sound in order to create moments of joy, community, nostalgia, homesickness, contemplation or peace.
The exhibition is open 12.3.–12.5.2014.
