1. Copyrights

All content on this site, including text, documentation, image files, sound and video files and other materials, is protected by Helsinki Contemporary’s and its artists' copyright.

Helsinki Contemporary retains all rights (copyright, image, text, data and any other information contained in these files).

Copying of any protected materials on this website is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of content

The material provided in the Press section of this website is only to be used for journalistic purposes. The user commits to always crediting the author and source.

Commercial use always requires prior permission.

3. Sales of artworks

Both available and sold works are shown on the website. Buyers are encouraged to contact the gallery for pricing info using the Inquiry call-tpo-action or by contacting the gallery directly by email or phone.

All artwork prizes contain local (Finnish) VAT unless otherwise communicated. Prizes are subject to changes as communicated by the gallery staff.

Helsinki Contemporary does not account for shipping and shipping costs outside Greater Helsinki.

The artworks are always sold on behalf of the artists and remain in the property of the artists until the sale price is fully paid.

When interested in a work, please contact Helsinki Contemporary. The works are available at the gallery upon agreement.

Finnish law is applied to all purchases. Disputes are resolved before Helsinki District Court.

If a customer buys an artwork prior to seeing the actual work in person, the customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of delivery by contacting Helsinki Contemporary (info@helsinkicontemporary.com or +358 9 278 5301). The price of the work will be refunded to the customer when the intact work is returned to Helsinki Contemporary (Bulevardi 10, 00120 Helsinki).

4. Discharge from liability

The website is presented without obligation and as it is. Helsinki Contemporary does not guarantee that the website functions non-stop or without errors, nor does it answer for the availability of the website. Helsinki Contemporary has the right to make changes to the website.

The information on this website has been diligently compiled. Nevertheless, Helsinki Contemporary does not accept any liability or give any guarantee for the validity, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Helsinki Contemporary assumes no legal liabilities for damages, material or immaterial in kind, caused by the use or non-use of provided information or the use of erroneous or incomplete information, with the exception of proven intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of Helsinki Contemporary.
